Job Description
Must Have Skills:
- Support Critical Supply Chain and Warehouse management applications. That include BY and RedPrairie WMS solutions
- Solutioning and development of functionality changes
- Customer coordination to understand issues, requirements
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong expertise in WMS product
- Good understanding of middleware
- Understanding of Supply chain aftermarket processes
- Coordinate and guide offshore teams on both development and Support requirements.
- Understanding of Agile process.
Experience Required:
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on support and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Mentoring the junior team members and getting the work assigned and delivered by them.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
